Alien Investigation (1996): Wendelle Stevens on Billy Meier UFO Case

In this program Wendelle Stevens will discuss in detail the now famous Billy Meier UFO case in Switzerland. Mr. Stevens outlines this incredible case including how Billy was shown numerous future events including the murder of Pope Paul VI.

Wendelle was the prime North American investigator of the Billy Meier contact case in Switzerland. He spent many weeks at the Meier farm during several separate excursions to Europe.

All this occurred while the contacts were still taking place.

Mr. Stevens is directly involved in many extraordinary occurrences surrounding the Meier contact case, and his is one of the relativity few people able to give direct first person accounts as to the veracity of the events.

Wendelle Stevens was born on January 18, 1923 in Minnesota, USA. He is known for his work on UFO's Are Real (1979), Secrets of the Third Reich (1998) and The Day Before Disclosure (2010). He died on September 7, 2010 in Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Stanton T. Friedman's letters from 1979 and 1980 on Billy Meier case in 'UFOs are Real' documentary

Nuclear Physicist Stanton T. Friedman requested (to no avail) that the segment in his 1979 documentary 'UFOs Are Real' dealing with the Meier case be removed. Here are two of the letters he sent to Group 1 Films (which produced the movie) and Wendelle Stevens, published by Korff on pgs. 105-107 in his 1981 book 'The Meier Incident: The Most Infamous Hoax in Ufology.'

Note: Portions of these letters not pertaining to the Meier case haven't been presented by Korff.

Letter 1:

Dear Brandon:                                                                                                                    Dec. 23, 1979

I wish to go officially on record as requesting that the Meier segment of the film be removed from the film. I have yet to see the movie but have also been completely unable to find any substantiation for the experience either from Wendelle Stevens, his associates, or anybody else in the world of UFOlogy. All four people who were at the screening on December 10 felt that the movie...as much better than expected, that it was probably the best UFO documentary ever made, and that the Meier segment leaves a very bad impression and should be removed. I should stress that all have many years of UFO interest, concern, and investigation behind them.

As I have stressed in numerous conversations with you, Ed, Mary Anne and others, I have been consistently distressed at Wendelle's unreliability as an investigator. Examples include the supposed but non-existent thousands of witnesses to the Ubatuba magnesium samples, the William Herrmann case documented in a previously supplied letter, the statement from Wendelle that that Marcel Vogel did not go to San Diego to announce the ET nature of the samples from Meier because of a conversation between Sagan and Vogel. No such conversation has taken place. Wendelle also misrepresented Jim Lorenzen's views about the Meier case. The book about the case is high on beauty but very low on documentation and also has errors of fact. Lorenzen's letter to the publisher's of Wendelle's book is enclosed. You have a German letter from Veit and also one from VonKeviczky both not accepting the Meier case even though both would very much like for it to be legitimate.

We knew the movie would bring attacks from the skeptics. I believe that the whole film will be tarnished by the implied acceptance of the Meier case. I think therefore that we will get attacks from friends. Do we really want them? I think sale of  the film to TV would be seriously jeopardized by the Meier segment. As you told me facts and documentation are what they want...support for Meier other than from Wendelle and his heavily investing associates is totally lacking...

With the best wishes for the holiday season,
Stanton T. Friedman

Letter 2:

Dear Wendelle:                                                                                                             April 19, 1980

As I am sure you are unaware I have expressed very serious doubts about the validity of the Swiss pictures and have asked to no avail that that segment of UFOs Are Real be removed. It is not because I can at this time say that the pictures have been proven phony, but more that I am not satisfied that they have been established to be genuine. Unfortunately one of the main reasons is that your investigations seem to include as factual, many conjectures and extensions of reality. I find there to be an enormously important difference between what is and what might be. You seem to causually mix the two.

A good example is your investigation of the Herrmann case. Last June I wrote you asking for answers to a number of seemingly straight forward questions about your investigation. I have yet to receive a reply though you said you were working on it -- in San Diego in November...

Others have already raised a number of questions about the Swiss case and I suspect there will be even more raised in the future. I think the whole field of UFOlogy is done a great disservice by any publication embodying half truths, part truths, and untruths. They certainly lead to questions about profiteering, quick buck efforts, ethics, etc...

Sincerely,
Stan Friedman

BMUFOR - Billy Meier's Space and Time Travel Pictures - Overview and Implications

Introduction

On our website, we have documented the investigation and analysis so far carried out by ourselves and others, concerning at least 57 of Meier’s pictures of which he, at one time or the other claimed and still claim to have photographed during his space and time travels supposedly undertaken in the years 1975 and 1978 respectively. In 1975, Meier allegedly made two journeys in space. One journey, referred to as his ‘Great Journey’ lasted 5 days between July 17 and July 22 (narrated in the Contact Reports 31, 32, 34 & 35) where he allegedly travelled to many planets, stars, galaxies and even to a parallel Universe. On his second journey that took place on December 3 (narrated in the Contact Report 39) lasting 2 days, he visited three planets that existed in a different dimension. In addition to the above trips, Meier on March 18, 1978 (narrated in the Contact Report 104), also allegedly made a time travel trip to an unspecified time into the future when the San Francisco city is destroyed by the long-predicted (by scientists) mega-earthquake.

According to the information from FIGU Special Bulletin 20 (2005), Meier allegedly made more than 1,378 pictures during his Great Journey, of which 1,336 were falsified by the MIB (Men In Black) and others, and only 42 among them, which the Plejaren ET Ptaah allegedly verified and authenticated in around the year 2001, are considered to be either genuine or almost genuine by virtue of slight falsifications. The falsified 1,336 pictures, Meier claims, have been destroyed by the Plejaren in the 1970’s. And 31 out of these 42 pictures have been published in 3rd edition Contact Report books – Plejadisch-plejarische Kontaktberichte Block 1 (2002) & Block 2 (2003).

So based on the information from the FSB 20 (2005) and also from the FIGU co-founder and Core Group member Guido Moosbrugger’s book Und sie fliegen doch! (1991/2001/2004/2012), Meier as of today considers 53 out of his at least 1,389 pictures from his space and time travels, to be either genuine or almost genuine pictures. And in our investigation, we have not only addressed pictures that Meier may or may not consider genuine today, but have also addressed 36 pictures from the above total of at least 53 (or 61?) which he, to this day, unequivocally contends to be either genuine or almost genuine.

BMUFOR - Billy Meier's Outer Space Pictures: Pteranodon

According to Contact Report 35, during Meier's Great Journey in space (which took place from July 17-22, 1975) he allegedly traveled to NEBER, a planet in the KRAS system in the galaxy BEBERAS (these are Plejaren designations) which is 9.38 billion light years from Earth. There he was allowed to take quite a number of pictures of dinosaurs among many others of which only 7 are included in PPKB 1 (see pgs. 434, 435 & 438), as was also confirmed in a 2005 article by Hans Georg Lanzendorfer, core group member of FIGU in FIGU Special Bulletin (FSB) 20:

"A journey with Semjase into the galaxy BEBERAS to the world NEBER in the KRAS system did, in fact, take place during the 31st Contact on the 17th of July, 1975. The world inhabited by dinosaurs, NEBER, is 9.38 million light years away from the Earth. These facts can be read in the bound edition of The Pleiadian/Plejaren Contact Reports, Block 1 (2002), on page 432, sentence# 575 and the following. During the journey, some photographs of various primeval animals and humans as well as pyramids were actually made by BEAM, some of which are shown in the edition of the book mentioned...”

A photo (above-left) of a Pteranodon (a genus of Pterosaurs which included some of the largest known flying reptiles) which, according to FSB 20, had been for some time claimed to have been photographed by Meier during his trip to a galaxy that is 9.38 billion light years away.

Did Meier really photograph a living Pteranodon?

BMUFOR - Billy Meier's Time Travel pictures: Future San Francisco earthquake

According to Contact Report 104, on March 18, 1978, Meier was taken on a time travel trip into the future to witness and photograph the aftereffects of the inevitable mega-earthquake event that will occur in San Francisco at an unspecified time in the future. During this trip, Meier allegedly recorded the destruction of San Francisco on his camera loaded with a negative film. He also photographed the fissures of the San Andreas fault located around 300 kms away from the city. After the trip Meier was allegedly brought back 30 minutes earlier than the time he got up from his bed for the contact.

It was reported by Wendelle Stevens that on one evening during their visit to Switzerland in 1978, Meier showed the 11 color photos from his time travel trip to about 9-10 people who were sitting around the kitchen table, including Wendelle Stevens himself and his co-investigators Lee and Brit Elders, Meier’s ex-wife Kalliope and others from the group around Meier.

After a few days, it was claimed that Meier's photos have come from a painting published in an article in GEO magazine in September 1977. And soon afterward, according to Contact Report 106 from April 10, 1978, these 11 color photos along with their original negatives were taken away from Meier by the Plejaren ETs and were never returned again.

Did Meier really photograph the destruction of the future San Francisco earthquake event?

BMUFOR - Billy Meier's Outer Space Pictures: Universal Barrier or Tunnel

During Meier’s Great Journey in space described in Contact Report 31, which took place from July 17-22, 1975, he allegedly traveled to a parallel or twin Universe called the DAL Universe in a Plejaren mothership called the Great Spacer. In order to transfer from our DERN Universe to the twin DAL Universe, a tunnel-like portal or gateway called a Universal Barrier was artificially generated. His return journey from the DAL Universe through the Universal Barrier is described in Contact Report 32. Before traveling through the Universal Barrier to the DAL Universe Meier took a picture of it.

Though both the Contact Reports 66 and 68 contradict each other on how the artist has come to drew a painting that is similar to Meier's picture, Semjase and Meier in both the contact reports however make the same argument that Meier's photograph existed several months before the artist painted a Universal Barrier look-alike picture. Semjase argues that since Meier's pictures already existed for several months before these drawings were made later for the first time by illustrators, the irrationality of the Earth people will make them accuse Meier of swindle as the Earth people do not know how to think, act and rationally acknowledge the real facts. Moreover Semjase also points out some "stark differences" between both of the images.
  1. Was Meier's picture of Universal Barrier published several months before the artist published his painting of space colony?
  2. Are there "stark differences" between the Universal Barrier and the space colony painting?

BMUFOR: Are Wendelle Stevens' claims on CIA involvement and other paranormal events during Billy Meier investigation true?

Wendelle Stevens @International UFO Congress, 2006

During their investigation into the Billy Meier case, Wendelle Stevens, Tom Welsch, Lee & Brit Elders have made many trips to the FIGU center in Switzerland. According to Wendelle Stevens, the intelligence services of many countries - Switzerland, West Germany, East Germany, France, US, UK, Austria, Czechoslvakia, USSR, etc. -  were also very interested in the Meier case and their investigation, and that their investigation team had many encounters with them. Wendelle also reported many strange things that were happening during their trips to Switzerland, some of which according to him seemed to have been arranged by the intelligence agencies, others so strange and unexplainable that they could probably only have been caused by the Pleiadians/Plejaren.

The activities of these intelligence agencies and other issues are also described in an article published in 2012 in UFO Digest titled 'Billy Meier and the CIA' (Part 1 & Part 2).

Is there any truth to these claims of Wendelle Stevens, which are being used as one of the strong evidences that supports the authenticity of the Meier case?

To know the answer, visit: BMUFOR

Also visit the new category page - Other's Investigations on BMUFOR website. Introduction to that page reads as follows:

"Over the years, many people or groups have investigated the Meier case and came to very different conclusions on the authenticity of the case, which is not surprising considering the quantity, quality and variety of evidence. Some people or groups have investigated several aspects of the case, while others focused on only a few particular aspects, mostly the photo and video material. We’ve listed the most prominent research initiatives in a more or less chronological order, including our own ‘investigation into previous investigation’ and any communication we’ve had with other researchers etc."

BMUFOR - Billy Meier's Outer Space Pictures: Great Spacer analysis

After Meier and Semjase allegedly witnessed the Apollo-Soyuz coupling during Meier's Great Journey in space as described in Contact Report 31, which took place during July 17-22, 1975, they moved on to visit other places in the universe. They left the Earth behind and after a while they rendezvous with a huge mother ship of the Plejaren, called the Great Spacer.

In Contact Report 39, Wednesday, December 3, 1975, 1:37 AM, another space journey of Billy Meier is described, which allegedly lasted 2 days, after which Meier with the help of time travel is brought back to Earth only 2 hours after he left. In this Contact Report 39, Meier mentioned that he took 3 pictures of both the Jupiter with its Red Spot feature and the Ptaah's Great Spacer in the same frame. In PPKB 1, the description of the rendezvous with the Great Spacer is illustrated with the two pictures (one is seen on the left above). These pictures are a part of the collection of 42 space photos which around the year 2001 have been verified and concluded by Plejaren Ptaah to be genuine or pictures that were only slightly falsified.

Did Meier really photograph the Plejaren mother ship called as Great Spacer in 1975 ?

Coast to Coast AM (April 20, 2014): Lee Elders

Lee Elders in 1974 in Cuenca, Ecuador

"Joining George Knapp, researcher and author Lee Elders discussed his hunt for treasure in the mid-1960s in the Ecuadoran Amazon, and his encounters with local shamans. It has long been reported that there were a lot of Incan treasures buried in caves and other places during the Spanish conquest, he noted. In one of his first expeditions, outside the town of Cuenca, he teamed up with some local Indians and panned for gold on the banks of a remote river named Hell.

The panning was highly successful yielding gold nuggets that filled two coffee cans, but the team got lost trying to find their way back to civilization, and one of the group members tried to sabotage them, he recounted. But a mysterious dog joined Elder's group, and helped guide them back by discovering a tree that had fallen across the river.

On a subsequent journey, he sought out a legendary treasure of emeralds called "Green Fire" which were mentioned in the last will and testament of Raphael Bollanos Mejia, a Colombian who worked for a quinine harvesting company. Meja described where a trove of priceless emeralds were hidden in the jungle, and Elder and his partner compared these details with an old Army map, and set out on an adventure to find the stones. During the expedition, they worked with Shuara shamans from the rainforest who incorporated ayahuasca-induced visions. Though ultimately they did not find the emeralds, their trip was filled with fascinating occurrences. At one site, Elders said they witnessed four balls of light, followed by four shadows moving in unison, which one of the shaman identified as jaguars. He also touched on his work in ufology, and the Billy Meier case."
